Questions, answered.

What is a credit?

What you spend to make things. A picture post is 1 credit, reading a viral post is 2, an AI picture is 3, and a 12-second AI video is 13 to 77, depending on the video model.

What happens after I pay?

You sign in with the email you paid with. We send you a code, so there is no password to make or remember.

Can I get a refund?

You can cancel any time from Billing, and your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. We don't refund part periods or unused credits, except where the law says we must: in the EU you have 14 days to withdraw. The terms have the details.

Does trendoo copy the post I paste?

No. It learns the shape: the hook, the structure and the rhythm. Every word in your posts is written new, in your voice.

Which formats does it make?

Slideshows and videos, full-screen in 9:16, the shape phones show best.

How many accounts can I run?

As many as you need. Each gets its own profile, its own colour and its own posts.

Can I use my own pictures?

Yes. Upload them and each keeps its source and the rights you hold. Or let trendoo find or generate pictures for the look.

Does it post for me?

No. When a post is ready, you send it to the phone it goes out on and post it from there.
